Consultation with the client

The first step is a meeting with one of our specialists so that we can understand your vision of the project and your working style, needs, and requirements. This step is crucial in order to get information on how to use particular rooms to find proper solutions. We present the solution we choose, and the reasons why we chose them. At this stage, we will present how the system design needs to be developed.

Concept design

Using the guidelines written in the previous consultation, our designers will design a system that meets all requirements and set parameters. For the project, we select only the equipment that has already been tested and evaluated by our engineers.

Detailed project design

When you approve the concept design and proposal, the designers will develop the detailed project design to ensure the successful implementation of our systems. Parts of our projects are wiring diagrams, detailed blueprints for engineers working on the project, drawings of mechanical and electrical equipment, calculations on the weight and dimensions of the equipment, calculations of expected release of heat from equipment so that we foresee adequate ventilation, and several other important details that will allow for the unrestricted operation of your system.

Project management

Our project manager will manage the project from start to finish. His main task is to deliver the project within the given time and budget. As a team leader, he will manage people from our design department, engineering, installation, and programming. Our project manager is in constant contact with other contractors in the project in order to align the dynamics and work plan. In addition, the project manager will regularly send reports to the client, so the client would be constantly informed about the progress of the project.

System configuration

The system is assembled and programmed in our workshop. There is the possibility to make changes in the programming per client requests in order to fully meet customer expectations. In this way, we reduce the time necessary for a successful installation of the facility.

Installation of the system

Once all required cables are laid out and tested, it's time to deliver equipment to the facility and install the system. A/V sources and automation equipment are placed in a rack system tailor-made project and all speakers and televisions are set with consideration to neatness.


Programmers place all the elements of your system in a single control panel that can be a part of your system, or he will offer management using your tablet or smartphone, which is quite common. Programming consists of two levels. First, the programmer performs writing complex programs that mean a number of actions to be performed with only one key press. For example, by pressing certain keys, you will turn on your TV and home cinema system, shut down all the necessary lights, close the curtains, and lock the front door. The second part of the programming is adjusting the user interface to suit your individual requirements.


Although we only use selected and quality products in our projects, systems still require some form of maintenance and system checks. After the warranty period expires, we are able to offer you a maintenance contract to make you carefree and enjoy your system. Within most systems, we install a PC server with a remote connection from our office, so in most of cases where service is needed, our engineer can connect to the system remotely in order to provide the desired service on client request.


In the construction of a family house with residential space of 17,000 square feet, we have been involved from the start of construction. The client came to us with his wishes about a simple operation that includes lighting and blinds without knowing about the possibility to integrate audio/video equipment, heating and cooling, and security systems.

Considering the project and high expectations of the client, the real challenge was to make the decision on what will not only be used by the client, but also by the other residents, including young children.

The proposed solution

At the time of planning, we worked closely with the client, architect, and interior designer. The agreed-upon solution included the following:
